Available Alert Rules to Configure in Bite:
1. Generic Sending Order Error
2. Item 86'd sending Order
3. Kiosk Down or Missing
4. Kiosk Inactive
5. Kiosk Turned Off Manually
6. Ordering
7. Sending Order Time Out
8. Sending Webhook Error
9. Uncommitted Transactions
Each Alert rule can be configured on a site by site basis to alert for every instance, at a 15 minute interval or a 60 minute interval for any of the above alert types - all can be set if desired or a mix of any of them. Alerts are configured to be sent via email at this time.
Please submit a request to support@getbite.com with your desired alert setup and we can configure these alerts for you and your team or follow the steps below to configure manually in Bite Admin.
Step 1: Navigate to Common Settings
In Bite Admin - scroll to the Common Settings Tab on the left side menu.
Step 2: Add the alert types
Scroll down to the Alert Rules and select "new alert rule"
Step 3: Set up Alerts to your preference
Insert the email address you want the alert notification emails to be sent and select Alert Types from the drop down box. You can configure to your preference and adjust as needed.
