Overview:
How to board heartland payments. Unlike some of the other integrations where we would order the hardware ourselves, Heartland will order the devices direct to the brand. We use the Ingenico IPP350 and Lane 3000. Make sure that the devices have HeartSIP loaded onto them! Lead time required is about 1 week.
Step 1:
Ask the brand for their Heartland CSM.
Step 2:
Provide the store addresses and the number of terminals required per store to the heartland CSM. Please have the brand CC'd . Let the Heartland rep know that the software required can be found:

We do have "portico" integration.
We would need the COM box, and connect via RJ45
We need Heartland to provide us the following details:
- Location ID
- Store ID
- Device ID
- User MID (Might need to add an "H" to the end in Bite Admin)
- Password (usually is "hps"+ last 4 digits of MID + "$") Example: "hps1234$"
- ** Ensure password is updated to activate the account** This was the case with Jolibee
