Incentivio Loyalty Integration

Bite can now support Incentivio loyalty integration for non-Olo POS integrations.

Operator must reach out to their Incentivio account manager to retrieve the location ID.

On the POS, an open discount must be configured and configured in the Integrations tab in Bite Admin.

Available authentication methods:

• phone number
• card number
• email AND phone number
• barcode scanning with an alternative option to enter in phone number
