Symptom:
Kiosk is unable to place an order.
Possible Resolutions:
- Internet Blip - occasionally networks may experience a brief drop. In that case please re-try sending the order.
- The kiosk may have been disconnected from power. Depending on the model, some kiosks have internal batteries, however that will not be able to power the internal ethernet adapter.
- Kiosk may have been unplugged from the internet.
- Cable(s) unplugged
- Modem / Router was unplugged
- Internet down
- Firewall went up and blocking our connection to the kiosk.
- POS connection down or interrupted. Please contact Bite for further support with the incident time.
