Example Mode: Epson OT-BZ20 (M251A)
Plug in the external buzzer to the Epson printer as in the picture below. Older Epson printer models may not have this port, or there may be a plastic cover that needs to be removed to expose the port.
Close the roll paper cover.
Turn off the printer using the switch button on the front.
While holding down the Feed button (see picture below), turn on the printer using the switch button.
The printer will print a couple chits that look like the below.
Afterwards, hold down the feed button for more than 1 second to enter Mode selection.
Below chit will print.
Quick-press (less than one second) the Feed button three times, then long-press the feed button (at least one second) to enter the Software settings mode (Customized value setting). Below chit will print.
Quick-press (less than 1 second each) the feed button 14 times. Then long-press (hold for more than 1 second) the feed button to select Other Settings. Below chit will print.
Quick-press (less than 1 second each) the feed button 2 times. Then long-press (hold for more than 1 second) the feed button to enter Buzzer Control mode. Below chit will print.
Quick-press (less than 1 second each) the feed button 1 time. Then long-press (hold for more than 1 second) the feed button to select Option Buzzer. Below chit will print.
Quick-press (less than 1 second each) the feed button 1 time. Then long-press (hold for more than 1 second) the feed button to select Enable. Below chit will print.
Turn the printer off using the switch button on the front of the printer. Wait 5 seconds then turn it back on again.
