How to change batching times
For CardConnect based customers:
- Login to Co-pilot/Cardpointe and find your account.
- File a ticket to request the batch time change. Batch time update may require a few days.
- If you don't know your co-pilot login or require help, please contact Bite for further assistance.
For Worldpay customers
- Login to accessmyiq and find your account.
- Contact the Worldpay Support to request a change to batch time.
For Heartland customers:
Contact your CSM for change requests.
