Synopsis:
How to configure and setup HP ePrint enabled printers for use with KDS. This article will also explain which printers are configured for e-print. Finally after configuration, please send your account manager the email setup for your hp eprint and we will route orders there in addition to your POS.

Setting it up:
If on PC: Please follow the steps on the included manual.

During the installer phase:
Please ensure test print runs. The test print out will include a printer code. That will be required for ePrint setup.
You will then be direct to HP Smart for setup: https://www.hpsmart.com/
Enter the code to configure your printer and change the email address e.g. test@hpeprint.com
Final Step:
Please send your account manager the email to be used, and we will get that configured for you! Note the receipt will be sent there in addition to any guest email (if collected). Formatting of printout is currently unavailable for change.
