Log into Bite Admin Portal
First, log into your Bite Admin Portal and head to the "Reporting" tab for the location you want to work with. -
Choose Your Report Type
In the "Report Type" dropdown, you’ll find a variety of reports. Here’s a quick guide to what each one does:-
86ing Activity - This report helps you keep track of menu items that are out of stock. It’s great for staying on top of your inventory and knowing which items need to be restocked.

Channel Summary - Want to see how each of your sales channels (in-store, online, delivery, etc.) is doing? This report gives you a summary of performance by channel, so you can see where your sales are coming from.

Coupon Redemption History - Keep an eye on which coupons have been used and how often. This helps you track how well your promotions are performing and which deals your customers love the most.

Future Orders - This one is perfect if you want to plan ahead! It shows all pre-orders coming up, so you can prepare for future business.

Item Upsell - Wondering how often customers are saying “yes” to upsell offers (like extra toppings or bigger portions)? This report will tell you!

Order & Guest Engagement Data - This report gives you a deep dive into customer orders and engagement, so you can understand how your guests are interacting with your menu and what’s keeping them coming back.

Order Breakdown Data - This one breaks down your orders by item type, payment method, and more, so you can understand the details of every transaction.

Pilot Engagement - If you’re testing a new program or feature, this report will give you a clear view of how it’s going.

Pilot Labor Analysis - For pilot programs, this one compares labor costs to sales, helping you make sure everything’s running efficiently.

Sales Summary - The Sales Summary is a high-level look at your sales performance, perfect for quick overviews. It’ll show trends in revenue over a specific period.
Tip: Clicking on this report will pop up a window right in your browser. -
Third Party Orders - If you’re using delivery apps or other third-party platforms, this report tracks all orders coming from those services, so you can see how they’re affecting your overall sales.

Transactions Data - This report gives you detailed info on each transaction, including payment methods and the items purchased. It’s useful for diving deep into your sales.

Set Your Time Range & Run the Report
Once you’ve chosen your report, pick the "Time Range" (like today, this week, or custom), add your email and click "Run".
Note: If you choose the "Sales Summary" report, a pop-up will appear in your browser. If you pick "Sales Details," the system will generate an Excel file.
How to Set Up a Report Schedule
You can also set up reports to be sent to you automatically. Here’s how to do that:

Log into Bite Admin Portal
Start by logging in and clicking on the "Reporting" tab. -
Create a New Report Schedule
Click on the "+ New Report Schedule" button to get started. -
Customize Your Report Schedule
Fill in the details:- Scope: Choose which locations or regions you want the report to cover.
- Time: Pick how often you want the report to run (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly).
- Type: Select the type of report you want to receive.
- Email Addresses: Enter the email addresses where the report will be sent. Make sure to click "Add" after typing each one.

Create the Schedule
Once you’ve added everything, click "Create" to save your new schedule and get your reports automatically!
