Refunds can be processed on either the Bite Admin Portal or kiosks directly.
On the Bite Admin Portal:
- Click on the “Orders” tab
- Search orders in the “Search Orders” field. You can search based on authorization number on the receipt, order number, last four digits of the card, or reference number
- After locating the order, click on View Transactions > Request Refund
- Enter the amount of the refund
- Click “OK”
On Kiosks:
1. Double tap the top center of the kiosk screen
2. Enter your passcode (delivered along with your Bite Admin Portal login information)
3. Tap on the “Refunds and Reports” button
4. Search orders in the “Search Orders” field. You can search based on authorization number on the receipt, order number, last four
digits of the card, or reference number
5. Enter the amount of the refund
6. Tap on the “REFUND” button
