Displaying 86ed items and modifiers on menu

Hidden or 86ed items and modifiers can now displayed on Bite kiosk or flash menu as greyed out with Out of Stock text to indicate that even though the item or modifier is normally offered on the menu but currently unavailable.

This feature can be used by the following customers:

1. Customers using the item or modifier hiding feature in the Bite Admin Portal for 86ing
2. Customers with POS integrations where Bite syncs the item 86 status, such as NCR, Olo, Toast, etc. (To check if your POS integration is compatible with this feature, please reach out to [e-mail].)

To enable this feature, please navigate to Common Settings tab configuration V2 in the Bite Admin Portal, check the Show Hidden Items: flag, and click Update. This feature is available on biteinc-gcn.2.5.1 or higher.
