Operators can now allow guests to opt into receiving follow-up communication, offers, and etc, on Bite kiosks and contactless solutions. If this feature is enabled, the kiosks and/or contactless solutions are configured to collect phone numbers or email addresses at anytime, a checkbox for marketing consent will appear as seen in the screenshots below. The default message will display as "I want to receive news, updates, discounts, and offers" and this message can be customize per location. To change this message and/or to turn on this feature, please contact your Account Manage or support@getbite.com.
The guest information, including phone number and/or email, as well as their marketing opt-in status can be viewed in the Order & Guest Engagement Data report, which can be generated on the Bite Admin Portal.
