Things we need to integrate with Simphony Direct. The information is under the CLOUD APIs on simphonys dashboard for the customer.
To add a Simphony integration to the Bite Admin Portal, the customer will need to provide the Bite Onboarding team with a Transaction Services Generation 2 API account and send over a few details as below:
- Set up a Transaction Services Generation 2 API account for Bite support (setup@getbite.com). Please refer to the instructions HERE. Client scope should be for CLOUD.
- Please send the Client ID, Organization Short Name, API URL, and Authorization URL to setup@getbite.com after the account has been created.
- Please specify which location, menu, revenue center, employee ID, and order types should be used to send orders.
Please note that Simphony direct integration is only supported for customers who are on Oracle MICROS Simphony 19.2 or higher.
