PDI Integration - Requirements and Credentials Needed

Requirements: 

• Customer must have purchased the “Commerce API module” and must execute a $0 SOW with PDI to agree to share data with Bite
  • If the customer is not set up already on Commerce API module, there is about a 2-3 week install window.
  • Commerce API license is under the RSM (Retail Site Management) product license. However, RSM hardware or using the actual RSM product is NOT a requirement for the customer to use Commerce API. They just need to purchase the LICENSE. They do NOT need to purchase the hardware or actually upgrade to the RSM product.
  • PDI does not share the cost associated with RSM license. If you have any questions around this process or pricing please reach out to your PDI Customer Success Manager or other account representative.

Steps to Enable the integration: 

• To create the integration, we will need the customer to provide us with the CompanyID and SiteID for their PDI API instance
