Getting Zendesk Access

Synopsis:

Will help customers set up access to view their own (or organization's) tickets into Bite.

Resolution:

Step 1:

Go to www.zendesk.com

Step 2:

Step 3:

Upon creating a user/password, you'll land at the landing page:

Step 4: 

Click the arrow next to your name and select "My Activities"
