Device Powerwash

Requirements

• External USB Keyboard
• 5 minutes

Procedure

• Plug USB keyboard into the chromebox that needs to be powerwashed
• Power cycle the chromebox
• On startup when the app is loading switch into ChromeOS mode on boot up. When booting up click CTRL + Alt/Option + S (if the app launches before switching reboot again to switch to ChromeOS before the app launches)

• Once in ChromeOS Mode click CTRL + OPTION/ALT + SHIFT + R to perform a reset.

• Once the device is rebooted you can before a powerwash using the same command.

• Follow Device Provisioning to re-provision the device
