Disabling Organization Summary Emails for Customers
When a customer requests to stop receiving the Daily Org Summary Report emails, follow these simple steps:
- Navigate to the organization level (Daily Org Reports are configured at this level)
- Go to the "Reporting" tab
- Open the report schedule
- Disable the report by unchecking the "Enabled" checkbox
- Remove all email addresses associated with this report
- Delete the report completely
Once completed, the customer will no longer receive Daily Org Summary Report emails.
