Overview
Guests can now view and reorder from previous purchases using Bite kiosks.
Context
- Adding previous order category to Bite menu for loyalty customers
- Two possible implementation configurations:
- Order lookup on Bite only (kiosk orders)
- Order lookup on loyalty (all ordering platforms)

- Testing may not be possible before store opening hours
- Previous orders will display across all ordering platforms (online, kiosk, app) when customer is logged into loyalty </aside>
Bite Admin Configuration Settings
Punch/Olo Integration
- Enable “lookup order history on loyalty” flag
Lookup Order History on Loyalty setting.
Menu Appearance Settings
- Enable “add menu item from menu view” toggle in admin portal
Menu Section Configuration
- Create new “Previous Orders” section
- Apply menu section image
- Set the selection for the “Designation” configuration to “Order History”
- Set the “Max Item Count” configuration to “2”
- Set the “Header Type” configuration to “Image And Text”
- Note: No menu items are needed in this section

Implementation Steps
Assign menu section to all configured menus
- Place section at top of menu flow
- Testing Requirements
- Use test loyalty number: 512-750-2744
- Verify orders appear in loyalty login prompt
- Confirm “add” and “view” buttons display on menu items for previous orders.
- Validate previous orders category shows maximum 2 items in the menu flow and it is at the top of the menu.
- Validate previous orders category shows the header image with text.
